4.1 Assembly instructions
• Install valve tension-free
• It must be possible to remove the valve for disassembly/maintenance
• Suitable for vertical or horizontal installation, note flow direction
4.2 Operation
Type 12012, 12013, 12024, 12033
Type DN Connection
012012 10 – 100 theard//conical coupling with grooved nut
012013 10 – 100 theard//weld end
012024 10 – 100 weld end//weld end
012033 65 theard//weld end
• The valve disk is pressed up when the flow direction is opposite the closing
direction.
• If the difference in pressure is low the valve disk is closed by spring force or
return flow.
• 12012, 12013 and 12024 - difference in pressure required to open approx.. 5-10
mbar.
• 12033 - difference in pressure required to open approx. 50 mbar.
• Operating pressure up to 10 bar
• Operating temperature up to 100 °C.
Type 12017
Type DN Connection
012017 65 – 150 weld end//weld end
• The valve disk is pressed up when the flow direction is opposite the closing
direction.
• If the difference in pressure is low the valve disk is closed by spring force or
return flow.
• Difference in pressure required to open approx. 0.1 – 0.2 bar.
• Operating pressure up to 10 bar
• Operating temperature up to 125 °C.
• Hygienic sealing to approximate DIN 11864.
