<1> Prepare the parts. (Rotor, Wrench) <2> Remove the buffer under the motor
<3> Wipe the motor shaft and hole of rotor with
fabric before installation. Attach the rotor to the shaft
of the motor and turn the wrench clockwise to
tighten it completely.
*Be careful of the direction of the rotor.
1) Weight loading on rotor
- Put tubes symmetrically on rotor, only recommended tubes are workable.
- The weight difference between sample tubes must be minimized to
diminish noise and extend durability
- Locate tubes of same type for the stability of Centrifuge
* Use only rotor/tube/adapter recommended by the manufacturer
* Check the proper tube-rack insert and smooth motion
* Don’t use the eroded motor of visibly mechanical failure
