Baud rate = data transmission
speed between the controller
and the signs. Signs
themselves must have their
processors set to the same
baud rate as the controller
and as each other. The
AUTO setting is rarely used.
Allows another controller
configuration to be uploaded
but not implemented until a
pre-determined time
