Overview

This document provides assembly instructions and important information for a greenhouse.

Function Description

This device is a greenhouse designed for plant cultivation, providing a controlled environment for growth. It features a frame structure with polycarbonate panels, a door for access, and windows for ventilation. The design includes specific components for the front, back, left, and right walls, as well as the roof, ensuring a complete and functional enclosure. It also incorporates plant bed panels for organized planting.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Overall Size/CM: L250 x W190 x H220
  • Overall Size/inch: L98" x W75" x H86"
  • Materials: Aluminum alloy structure, polycarbonate panels (UV-protected on one side).
  • Door: Hinged on the right-hand side, opening to the right.
  • Panels: Polycarbonate material with flame retardant properties.
  • Screws: Hexagonal screws are pre-placed in grooves and should not be fully tightened until the entire product is assembled.
  • Wind Resistance: Designed to withstand wind, but additional defense equipment is recommended for winds 40mph or above.

Usage Features

  • Assembly: Requires 3 people for assembly to ensure proper measuring, marking, installation, and safety. High-power electric tools are recommended, with attention to electric safety. Blunt tools like a hammer should be used carefully.
  • Site Selection: Should be positioned on a flat, level surface, away from overhanging trees, and not in an area exposed to excessive wind. If fixing to a concrete foundation, pre-drilled holes in the metal base can be used.
  • UV Protection: The white film side of the polycarbonate panels should face the sun for UV protection.
  • Ventilation: Features windows that can be opened and closed, with specific instructions for their operation.
  • Plant Beds: Includes plant bed panels for organized planting within the greenhouse.
  • Door Operation: The door is hinged on the right and opens to the right. Specific installation steps are provided for the door frame and panels.
  • Reinforcement: Reinforcing ribs are installed for the front, back, left, and right walls, and roof tri-angle reinforcing plates are used to enhance structural stability.
  • Sealing: Silicon is used for sealing the corners of the greenhouse to improve weather resistance.

Maintenance Features

  • Cleaning: For cleaning, use a mild detergent solution and rinse with cool, clean water. Do NOT use acetone, abrasive cleaners, or other special detergents on the panels.
  • Panel Care: Avoid using sharp objects on collision films to prevent cuts and scratches. If films rupture, glue or transparent tape can be used for repair; polyurethane adhesive is also an option. Clean films regularly to maintain light transmittance. Keep panels away from fire to prevent softening or deformation.
  • Frame Care: The aluminum alloy frames can be wiped with a wet cloth if white spots or dirt appear. White spots are considered normal in wet/warm environments.
  • Structural Integrity: If the ground is not level, fix it immediately to prevent tilting and damage. Do not add excessive weight to the product. Avoid vine/climbing plants, fruits, or vegetables from growing on the canopy to prevent compromise of the structure. If any distortion occurs, fix it immediately to prevent skylight falls; refer to the manual for repairs. Replace rusted connection piece screws to ensure stability.
  • Weather Protection:
    • Lightning: Do not stay in or under the product during lightning due to the conductive aluminum frame.
    • Wind: For winds 40mph or above, set up defense equipment and fix the gazebo columns and roof. Walls can be fixed using strong rope or cable connected to anchors with a block inserted into the soil or tied to a nearby tree (at least 4 inches in diameter). Remove safety measures when wind decreases.
    • Snow: Clear any leaves from the canopy to reduce heat preservation. During snowy months, remove snow from the pavilion to prevent walls or roofs from collapsing.

Safety Advice

  • Gloves: Strongly recommended to use work gloves during assembly.
  • Conditions: Do not assemble in windy or wet conditions.
  • Overhead Power: Do not touch overhead power cables with aluminum profiles.
  • Footwear & Eye Protection: Always wear shoes and safety goggles when working with extruded aluminum.
  • Children: Dispose of plastic bags safely and keep them out of reach of small children. Keep children away from the assembly area.
  • Fatigue/Impairment: Do not attempt assembly if tired, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or prone to dizzy spells.
  • Step Ladders/Power Tools: If using, follow manufacturer's safety advice.
  • Ground Hazards: Ensure no hidden pipes or cables in the ground before inserting pegs.
  • Structural Integrity: Do not lean against or push the greenhouse during construction.
  • Climbing: No climbing or standing on the tent to avoid falling down.
  • Screws: Do not look up if not wearing eye protection, as screws may hurt eyes.
