We hereby declare that the boat, thereafter described in more detail complies with the essential safety and
health requirements as laid down in the EC Recreational Craft Directive regarding its concept and
construction as well as the model placed on the market by us. This statement shall loose its validity in
case of any amendments to the boat which affect the "essential safety requirements" and which have not
been agreed with us.
