OBJECT
Flip the gymnast onto the mat, landing hands or feet rst, and stick
the landing in the fewest tries to win. Stick it twice in a row and
you’ve mastered it!
HOW TO FLIP
1. Place the mat and the gure, feet rst,
on a hard surface.
2. There are 2 tabs on the gymnast’s back:
the top tab makes him go farther, while
the bottom one is for a closer range.
3. Place your nger on one of the tabs and press
down, sliding it o with a ick to spring the gymnast forward.
When you use the top tab, place the mat between 8 and 12
inches away. For the bottom tab, place the mat between 4 and 8
inches away.
