Also, check that the temperature control isn't set too low and adjust it to a higher setting. Ensure all drawers are completely closed. If the internal thermostat is defective, contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.

      If the product in your Hatco Food Warmer is too dry, the drawer vent may be in the open position. Move the drawer vent to the closed position. Also, check if the optional water pan is empty or not installed; install it and/or fill it with clean water, controlling the moisture level using the drawer vents.

      If the product in your Hatco Food Warmer is too moist, the drawer vent might be in the closed position, so move the drawer vent to the open position. If you have an optional water pan installed but don't need it, remove the water pan from the drawer.
