Step Activity Figure
4 Check the screen insert for
cracks or breakage, and re-
place if necessary.
5 Pull the hose (4) off of the ex-
haust manifold.
6 Check that the pipe connection
(5) is clear. Remove deposits
using a screwdriver or similar
instrument.
7 Attach the hose again.
8 Mount the screen insert and
bracket again.
9 Tighten the hex nut (1) by ap-
prox. one turn.
