Fold the press seal HRD around the cables/pipes and
introduce it into the core drill hole/wall sleeve fl ush
with the wall (see g. 7).

Finally, tighten the hexagon nuts crosswise in several
stages using a torque wrench (see g. 8) until the
torque level has been reached (see Table 2) (see g. 9).
In the case of cables/pipes which have already
been laid:
Coat only the cut surfaces and cable/pipe sealing
surfaces of the cable and pipe seal with GM lubri-
cant (included in the package) (see g. 6).

In the case of wall sleeves which are outside the
wall, either one or two clamping straps – depending
on the sealing width of the press seal HRD – have
to be additionally mounted centrally across the seal
( g. 10).

the FHRK seal can be stuck on.

Stick FHRK seal on the cleaned area on the wall (see
g.: 12).
Individual HRD press seals are tested by FHRK
according to current test guidelines and bear
the seal "FHRK Quality". Stick the seal on the
inside wall next to the core drill hole/wall sleeve.
This allows you to demonstrate that you are
using tested quality products.

Cables/pipes may not have any continuous
grooves in the sealing area (possibly push cable/
pipe back or forwards a little until grooves are
no longer visible).
