Connect the Nose Plate, Channel Filler, Frame, and Wheel Bracket using bolts and nuts.
Secure wheels to the axle using washers and cotter pins, ensuring notches face outwards.
Fasten the handles to the frame using bolts and nuts, ensuring they face the rear.
Press the lever down to allow handles to slide through the frame for operation.
Push down on the frame to ensure it is fully in the second position.
Pull up on the frame until handles click into place for upright use.
