The system cannot be applied to all parking scenarios. In some unusual cases, the system may not
function as expected. There are some examples below but these are not exhaustive :
The parking space cannot be identified due to environmental factors, such as dirty parking space
markings, markings covered by large amounts of rubbish, weeds, soil, or other materials, poor
light, or strong reflections on parking spaces.
Uneven surfaces make it impossible to detect the opposite parking line.
There are potholes in the surface of the parking space markings.
There are vehicles in front of or behind the empty parking space that is too close or is occupying
part of the parking space.
There are pedestrians or other objects in the parking space.
While the vehicle is stationary, there are pedestrians or other obstructions near the camera.
There are old, residual parking lines in the current parking space.
The parking space is located on a corner or bend.
The vehicle’s tires are severely worn or unrecognized tires (such as a non full-size spare tire)
have been fitted.
Using this function on uneven surfaces (i.e. weeds or graveled roads, etc.) may cause system
finding the location errors and unnecessary application of braking.
External sound sources may cause interference to the system, causing the sensor failure to
identify correctly, and may falsely report obstacles that do not exist.
Sensors are dirty or covered.
There is heavy fog, rain or snow.
Do not use automatic parking in these situations:
Tire chains or spare tires are installed.
The loaded objects exceed the vehicle size.
A tow hook is installed.
The ground of the ramp is too steep.
The road surface has large pits or cavities .
Auto reversing assistance
About the system
When traveling in D gear at a speed of 30 km/h or less, the system records the vehicle track over the
last 50 meters in real-time; when the auto reversing assistance is turned on, the system controls the
steering wheel, the brakes, and the speed to automatically reverse the vehicle according to the track
record.
While reversing, if pedestrians, vehicles, or other non-fixed obstructions are detected and there is a
risk of a collision, the system automatically performs emergency braking and rapidly brings the
vehicle to a stop.
Notice
Because of mechanical deviation, tire pressures, and other factors that affect the accuracy of the
system control, the reverse vehicle track can deviate to a certain extent, it is not guaranteed to follow
the original track exactly.
