      If you're unable to establish a connection with a wireless access point using your Hawking Network Card, consider the following: * Try clicking ‘Connect’ a few more times. * If the SSID of the access point you're trying to connect to is hidden, you'll need to manually input the correct SSID. * Ensure you're entering the correct security key if the access point has encryption enabled. * If the access point only allows connections from network cards with specific MAC addresses, go to the ‘About’ tab, note the ‘Phy_Address,’ and provide this to the access point's owner to add to their access point's list.

      If you can’t find any wireless access point or wireless device in the ‘Site Survey’ function of your Hawking Network Card, try the following: * Click ‘Rescan’ a few more times. * Move closer to any known wireless access point. * Ensure the ‘Ad hoc’ function is enabled for the wireless device you wish to connect to directly. * Adjust the position of your network card (or move your computer if you’re using a notebook) and click the ‘Rescan’ button again.
