Summary

Troubleshooting Error Codes

Hot Error

Overheating has caused it to stop the Control Box. Let Control Box cool down.

Internal Errors (E00-E02)

M1, M2, or M3 internal errors. Pull plug and replace controller box.

Defective Errors (E12-E14)

M1, M2, or M3 defective. Replace leg/motor.

Over-Current Errors (E24-E26)

M1, M2, or M3 over-current. Unload table.

Connection Errors (E12-E14)

Errors E12, E13, or E14 with no connection. Check connections.

Noise Troubleshooting

Noise caused by loose hex rod. Tighten hex rod.

Initializing New and Existing Tables

Collision and Over-Current Errors

Collision Error Resolution

Remove obstruction to resolve collision.

Stage Leg Calibration

Single stage leg calibration is initializing; dual stage leg calibration is initializing.

Over-Current Error Resolution

Max load exceeded indicates an over-current error. Unload table.

Container Stop and Shelf Stop Functions

Add Container/Shelf Stop

Set desired height and press buttons until two clicks are heard.

Remove Container/Shelf Stop

Press and hold buttons until one click is heard.

Reset Control Unit to Factory Settings

Specific Error Code Troubleshooting (E12-E26)

Error Code Identification

Check hand switch for error code and identify column leg and control box.

Connector Swapping Procedure

Swap connectors (M1 & M2) as shown for troubleshooting.

Error Code Diagnosis

Diagnose bad control box for E12/E24 or bad leg for E13/E25.

Single Stage Leg Calibration

Leg Leveling for Calibration

Ensure both legs are level before installing gear connector rod.

Gear Connector Rod Installation

Adjust and tighten gear connector rod, ensuring full seat.
