    • A
      Angela JacksonSep 10, 2025
To fix poor flow from the eyewash head(s), begin by tightening the head assembly. Then, check for any obstructions. If obstructions are found, remove the eyewash head(s), clean them, and reassemble. To reassemble the head, put the cap screw through the head and thread it into the head anchor two or three turns. Tilt the head assembly and work the anchor legs into the eyewash armholes. Tighten the assembly and check for leaks.

    • C
      Curtis HughesSep 15, 2025
If the heater doesn’t turn on, first check if the unit is plugged in or if there is power to the plug. Check the GFCI and circuit breaker (7501T only). Also, if the ambient temperature is high and doesn’t allow the water temperature to drop below 68°F (20°C), test the thermostat and heater function by applying ice in a circular motion to the thermostat location for approximately 3-5 minutes. The heat trace cable should become warm to the touch when operating properly.
