If DOD-L-85734 oil is added to any turbine engine or engine
lubricated gearboxes, the engine/gearbox should be drained
and ushed with proper lubricant when it becomes available.
*Lubrication oil made to MIL-L-7808 by Shell Oil Company un-
der their part number 307, qualication numb er 7D-1, shall not
be used in OH-58A/C engine or helicopter systems. It contain s
additives which are harmful to seals in the systems.
