  If the Health Zenith Accessory light won't turn on, first ensure the light switch is on. Check if a fuse is blown or a circuit breaker is off, and replace the fuse or turn the breaker on if needed. If it's daytime, the photocell might be in effect, so recheck after dark. For new installations, verify the wiring is correct. Adjust the motion sensor to cover the desired area. If the outside air temperature is close to body heat, increase the “SENS” setting.

  If your Health Zenith Accessory lights are staying on, the motion sensor might be picking up a heat source. Try decreasing the “SENS” setting or repositioning the motion sensor. Also, ensure the motion sensor is not in manual mode by setting the ON-TIME switch to 1, 5, or 20 minutes and following the Manual Mode instructions on page 5 to reset. Make sure the light fixture isn't wired through a dimmer or timer; if it is, replace it with a standard on/off wall switch. Finally, ensure the light fixture is on a circuit without motors, transformers, or fluorescent bulbs.

  If your Health Zenith Accessory light is turning on for no apparent reason, the motion sensor may be sensing small animals or automobile traffic. Try decreasing the “SENS” setting or repositioning the motion sensor. If the “SENS” switch is set too high, decrease it. If the “DUALBRITE” switch is in the 3 hour, 6 hour, or dusk-to-dawn setting, the light fixture is operating normally. If the outside temperature is much warmer or cooler than a person’s body heat, decrease the “SENS” setting. Also, if the light fixture is wired through a dimmer or timer, replace it with a standard on/off wall switch.

  If your Health Zenith Accessory light comes on during the day, it may be installed in a relatively dark location, and the light fixture is operating normally under these circumstances. Also, check if the “ON-TIME” switch is in the “TEST” position; if so, set it to the 1, 5, or 20 minute setting.
