(¥) U101: Make sure the leads of a CA3130S
integrated circuit (#442-623) are straight.
Carefully position the tab on the IC toward the
index end of the IC socket; then push the IC
prtts.
Push the ON-OFF switch to ON.

it just clicks ON.
