the sub-assemblies

the deck.

Carefully
place
the balanced
moduiator
and
the R F sub- chassis in
place
as shown
in
Figure
13.

Holding the balanced
modulator
and
the RF
sub-chassis in
place,
turn the
unit over
and
secure
the balanced
modulator
sub-chassis
byusing
#6 sheet
metal screws
through
each
of
the mounting
feet of the
modulation
transformers.

the #6
hardware
used
for tem-

screws
are
of
the self
tapping
tlpe, and
it will be
necessary
to
exert

amount
of
pressure
for
starting
the
screws. Do
not tighten'

Fasten the RF
sub-chassis
to
the audio
deck
by using 2 #6
sheet metal
screws.
Do
not tighten.

sub-chassis

not touching

minal strip

audio
deck,
or that
the

shield
is
not touching any
of the socket
