AUGER SHAFT
At least once a season, remove the shear pins (fig. 20A) on auger shaft. Spray lubricant inside
shaft, around the spacers. Also lubricate the flange bearings found at either end of the shaft.
GEAR CASE
The auger gear case has been filled with grease and sealed at the factory. Adding or replacement
lubricants refer to authorized service.
TIRE PRESSURE
Regularly check tire pressure keep it at the specified values (see Specifications).
REPLACEMENT OF LOWER RAIL OF COLLECTION DRUM

• Disassemble screws, washers and nuts.
• Replace by new rail.
• New rail firmly fasten by screws, washers and nuts to the lower part of collection drum.
REPLACEMENT OF SKID SHOES

• Screw out nuts, washers and nuts.
• Replace skid shoes on both sides of collection drum.
• Assemble new skid shoes and adjust them to the desired height.
INSPECTION OF CONTROL CABLE OF SNOW THROWER COUPLING

Left coupling lever push forward. The cable gets slightly slacked. When is the lever released the
cable must be neither slacked nor tensed. If you find some play, it is necessary to adjust and tense
the cable. When the cable is correctly tensed the lever must touch the handle when pushed. In
different case is necessary to adjust the cable.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE

a nonflammable solvent, not gasoline, to clean parts. Keep cigarettes, sparks and flames away
from all fuel related parts.
