Test under the state of being ready for use. The fault displays
if the VMN voltage is higher than 2/3 BATT. The possible causes:
the contactor sticks (only under the condition of standard
towing). 2. the positive pole of the BATT forms short circuit
with the VMN. Check if there is short circuit on the contactor
plate. 3) logical plate is damaged. The diode of the brake may
be damaged, change the power unit if necessary.

Test when regenerating brake starts. If the VMN voltage is
higher than 2/3 BATT, the fault occurs. The possible causes: 1)
the all-on contactor of the brake contactor sticks. Clean the
contactor. Change it if necessary. 2) logical card is damaged or
the NTFR and the negative pole of the battery form short circuit
making the brake contactor in close state. Do the following to
find out the fault. Travel forward or backward press the
acceleration pedal without giving seat or knob request. Check if
only the regeneration brake contactor can start or not. If so,
do the following test. Disconnect the wires from the NTER plugs
and sockets and repeat the above methods. Change the logical
card if the contactor can not closed; if the contactor can be
closed, check if there is short circuit between the metal wire
and connecting coil.
