Driving Wheel and Turning Wheel Maintenance
1. Information
A. Please read this manual carefully before using the tractor.
B. Contact with Heli sales company immediately if there is damage or shortage.
C. Following the manual to operate and maintain the front and rear wheel.
D. Contact with Heli sales company immediately if there is trouble with front and rear
wheel.
2. Maintenance and lubrication
A. Main decelerator
Main decelerator of driving wheel is hyperbola gear, and can only use the hyperbola gear
oil API GL-5 80w/90.
Main driven gear has been adopted by contact standard. It can be used for a long time
without regulation. Regulate the front and rear wheel main decelerator only when replacing
the damaged parts or parts loosing because of abrasion.
The driving gear bearing should be on axial clearance and can rotate freely, so the washer
can regulate it to pre-tighten. Inspect the bearing temperature after adjusting. Increase
the washer thickness if the temperature is too high.
The difference speed case can be adjusted by left and right wash to pre-tighten. Changing
the washer thickness and increasing or decreasing left and right washer thickness
respectively can regulate the mesh of driving gear and driven gear. But the overall
thickness of left and right washer should keep invariability.
Dismantle the difference speed case:
a. Take down the semi-axis, and mark with every part.
b. Remove the wheel cover bolt, take down the wheel cover, and let out the lubrication oil.
c. Dismantle the difference speed case bearing base top cover bolt, remove the bearing base
top cover, and mark it.
