C. Turning knar
After running every 12000km, clean and inspect the turning knar, and adjust the axial
clearance of its main pin if necessary. Following is the process:
Dismantle the turning trapezoid pole (still dismantle the turning horizontal pole for
bi-fork knar arm).
Take out the four nuts of fixed turning arm and remove it.
Take down the two bolts of fixed turning knar main pin bottom cover and the main pin
bottom cover.
Install the turning knar arm and main pin bottom cover; tighten four nuts and two
bolts.
After adjusting, the turning knar arm should be rotated freely along the vertical
main pin plane by one hand.
Install the turning trapezoid pole (still install the turning horizontal pole for bi-
fork knar arm).
After running every 1000km, add lubrication grease at nozzle of turning knar arm and
main pin bottom cover.
After running every 6000km, add lubrication grease at nozzle of front wheel sphere
knar.
