Direct Current Motor Operation and Maintenance
1. Purpose and applicable range
This tractor adopts the direct current towing motor, and it can be used on following occasion:
A. Altitude is not more than 1200m.
B. Surrounding temperature is 25℃-40℃.
C. Relative humidity gets to 100%, until the dew forms.
D. Can endure the shock and quiver on normal condition.
E. Main technical parameters see foregoing parameter table.
2. Structure, work principle and performance
A. Motor connection sees external drawing. The commutator has four windows for watching and
maintaining commutator and replacing the electrical brush. It also has four uniform
magnetic poles; coil is made of F copper lead and dipped into F insulation lacquer.
Consumer cannot dismantle the regulated stator parts freely. The brush neutral position
has been regulated well on test-bed, consumer cannot dismantle and regulate it randomly.
B. Four leads of motor are marked respectively.
A1-armature coil top end
A2- armature coil tail end
D1, D3-cluster coil top end
D2, D4-cluster coil tail end
C. Output leads connection and rotatory direction

E. Max. Current is 3 times of rated current, permitted time is 1 minute. (Each direction 30
seconds. Max. Output torque is 4.5 times of rated torque.
F. This motor can work regularly that 1.1 times and 0.75 times battery are in series
