When the engine stops running, the charging pump will not work. In this time a
manpowered steering should be adopted.

The steering cylinder is of double-action piston type. Both ends of the piston rod
are connected with steer knuckles through connection rod. Left or right of the truck
turning is achieved with the help of the forward or the backward travel of the piston
rod driven by the pressure oil from the powered steering unit.
