Cooking Tips
Food Completion Status
The colour and hardness of the food helps to determine if it has been properly cooked,
including:
- Steam being produced from all parts of the food, not just the edges.
- Joints of poultry can be easily moved.
- Pork or poultry shows no signs of blood.
- Fish is opaque and can be easily sliced with a fork.
Browning your Foods
When using a browning dish or self-heating container, always place a heat-resistant
insulator such as a porcelain plate under it to prevent damage to the turntable and
rotating ring.
Microwave Safe Plastic Wrap
When cooking food with high fat content, do not allow the plastic wrap to come into con-
tract with the food as it may cause it to melt.
Microwave Safe Plastic Cookware
Some microwave safe plastic cookware may not be suitable for cooking foods with high
fat and sugar content. Also, the preheating time specied in the products instruction
manual must not be exceeded.
Maintenance and Servicing
Please check the following before calling for maintenance services:
Place one cup of water (Approx. 150ml) in the oven and close the door securely. The
oven lamp should turn o󰀨 if the door is closed properly. Let the oven operate for 1 minute.
1. Does the oven lamp light work?
2. Does the cooling fan work? (Put your hand over the rear ventilation openings)
3. Does the turntable operate? (The turntable can rotate clockwise and counter-clock-
wise, this is normal)
4. Is the water inside the oven hot after operation?
If the answer is no to any of the above, please check your wall socket and your circuit
breaker.
If both the wall socket and the circuit breaker shows no signs of malfunction, contact your
retailer or the manufacturer.
