Safety Instructions
Follow the safety instrucons listed below at all mes. This is the short version containing
the most important safety instrucons, for a complete overview we refer you to the user
manual. This can be downloaded by scanning the QR code or can be downloaded from our
website: www.henkelman.com.
The machine is not suitable for the packaging of toxic, corrosive, irritant or potenally explosive
materials.
The correct operaon and safety of the system can only be guaranteed if the recommended
maintenance is performed on me and properly.
Pictograms on the machine
Warning sign “High Voltage”
is located on the back of the machine
Warning sign “Heat”
is located on the sealing bars and on the vacuum pump
Warning sign “Gas Connecon” (oponal)
Forbidden to connect oxygen. Only nutrional gases or inert gases are allowed

is located on the back of the machine
Here you can nd the machine type, machine number, voltage, current,
power and construcon year.
Regularly check whether the pictograms and markings are sll clearly recognisable and legible.
Replace them if this is not the case.
General warnings
• • Operang personnel must be 18 years or older.
• • Never pack products that can be damaged by vacuum.
• • Never vacuum live animals.
• • High pressure cleaning is not allowed. This may cause damage to the electronics
and other components.
• • Do not use any aggressive, toxic or solvent cleaning agents.
• • It is forbidden to start the machine in an explosive environment.
• • The available safety devices may not be removed.
• • Only a technical expert may perform work on the electrical installaon.
• • The machine may not be used during cleaning, inspecon, repair or maintenance
and must be disconnected from the power supply by disconnecng the plug.
• • The machine may not be used if the plasc/glass lid shows visible damage or cracks.
Contact your dealer for professional service.
• • If the gassing opon is used, the gas supply must be shut o when the machine is no longer in use.
The work area must also be suciently venlated.
Warnings during use
• • Components of the sealing system can become very hot. Contact with these components
may cause injuries.
