CHANGING THE OIL
NOTE: Do not dispose used oil into the sink. Allow it to cool and throw it away with
household waste according to the local community regulations. Make sure the oil has
completely cooled off before handling (at least 2 hours).
NOTE: OIL MUST be changed after a maximum of 8 uses.
CLEANING
NOTE: Clean the appliance after each use.
1. Make sure the appliance has completely cooled off before moving or cleaning.
(approx. 2 hours)
2. Remove the lid and the frying basket.
3. Place the frying basket and basket handle in the dishwasher or wash with a sponge,
warm soapy water.
4. Do not immerse the lid in water, wash the lid using a cloth and sponge soaked in
warm water and a little dishwashing liquid. We recommend cleaning the viewing
window after each use by wiping it with a sponge and fresh lemon juice. Allow the
window to dry at room temperature or dry with a clean cotton cloth.
5. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as
this may damage the non-stick coating.
6. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth.
7. Dry all items carefully before replacing them.
8. Place the lid back on the fryer for storage. Store the product in a cool, dry place
NOTE: If you do not keep the oil in your fryer, you can store the basket and the
basket handle inside the fryer.
NOTE: The lid is fitted with a permanent metallic filter, you don’t need to change it.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Put the main plug in a polarized
wall outlet.
The appliance is damaged.
Stop using the compact deep
fryer and contact the customer
service, refer to the warranty
section.
Temperature control knob is
set to MIN.
Turn the temperature control
knob clockwise until the
thermostat’s activation
temperature is exceeded.
The overheating protection
was triggered.
Rotate the temperature control
knob counterclockwise and
remove the plug. Allow the
compact deep fryer to cool off.
