bottom of the adapter.
The adapter is not tightened properly.

Unscrewing and re-tighten the
adapter.
Add Max 60ml into the water tank.
The cup should be positioned to
align with the positioning rim.

NS capsule foil is not

This product has equipped with 15
bar pump, not 19 bar pressure.
15 bar is enough for espresso
extraction even the foil is opened
with a few holes.

Solution
Add cold water to cool it down.

again.
