If you are making coffee, this step is a key step in the espresso making process
and requires more practice.
• The right grinding powder should look like salt.
• If ground too finely, it may cause the coffee to flow out intermittently or make coffee.
• If the grinding is too coarse and the water flows too fast through the coffee, it will affect the strong aroma and
taste of the coffee.
• You can adjust the thickness of ground coffee powder by adjusting the coffee bean box, which will vary according
to the category and quality of coffee beans you use. Therefore, you still need to make appropriate adjustments to
achieve the best effect.
• Fresh roasted coffee beans (within 1 month). The grinding gear is set between 5-10. The powder output of double
cup grinder is about 19g and that of single cup is about 13g, which has a relatively good coffee extraction effect
(affected by the baking degree and freshness of coffee beans, the parameters may need to be adjusted)
In order to prevent the coffee beans from being affected by moisture and affect the grinding and final coffee taste
and effect, please do not put too many coffee beans in the bean box.
In order to obtain uniform and consiétent coffee powder, please properly adjugt the powder
thickness of the grinder according to the category and quality of coffee beans, so as to obtain a cup
of high-quality coffee.
Operational Instruction
I.The water level in the drinking water tank shall not exceed the "Max" position.
2.Plugin the powersupply,the powerkey(D indicatorlights up 50%in advance,pressthe powerkey (D
(pleaseensure that the steam knob is in the 12 0'clock position), and the machine enters the preheating
state. The specific operation is as follows:
There is a function display area on the left and right sides of the pressure gauge. The following is the
lighting condition of the indicator light under various states of the machine. At the same time, please
note that the coffee function and hot water function (or steam function) of this machine can be used
at the same time;
Preheating:pressthe powerbuttonQ) once,the wholemachineentersthe preheatingstate,andthe Q)
indicator light flashes in the form of breathing light; At the same time, the button of single cup and
double cup grinding beans lights up;
Standby mode: when the whole machine is preheated and enters the standby mode, all indicators
except the descaling indicator are always on. At this time, all functions of the coffee machine can be
used normally.
Make a single cup of coffee: in the standby mode, install the single cup filter screen into the funnel,
load about 13g of coffee powder, use the powder hammer and press the coffee powder with a force of
about 12.5kg,then align the funnel assembly with the clamping position of the funnel support, screw in
the funnel support counterclockwise, put the coffee cup on the coaster, press the single cup of coffee
key to enter the single cup of coffee making function. When the set flow (about 30ml) is reached, the
system automatically stops working and the single cup of coffee function ends, The whole machine
enters the standby state.
