9. If you may find the serial number field on the speaker web page is incorrectly displayed with the
MicroSD card information, please try restart your speaker. If still unable to get the serial number,
try unplug the MicroSD card then restart or restore the speaker. This is a known issue will be
fixed in next firmware release of the speaker.
