3.3 Intended use
The product is intended for emptying Hilti foil packs and cartridges. The CD 4-A22 cordless dispenser is
designed exclusively for processing Hilti 300 ml or 600 ml foil packs and 300 ml or 310 ml cartridges.
The product can be operated with a cartridge holder or an aluminum tube:
▶ Use this product only with the Hilti cartridge holder set with included piston rod: Used to process Hilti
cartridges.
▶ Use this product only with the Hilti aluminum tube set with included piston rod: For processing Hilti foil
packs.
▶ Use only Hilti Li-ion batteries of the B22 series with this product.
▶ Use only Hilti battery chargers of the C4/36 series for these batteries.
3.4 Lithiumion battery status display
The Li-ion battery state of charge and malfunctions of the power tool are indicated by the display on the Liion
battery. The Liion battery state of charge is displayed after pressing one of the two battery release buttons.
Status Meaning
4 LEDs light. State of charge: 75 % to 100 %
3 LEDs light. State of charge: 50 % to 75 %
