  If your HiRef Air Conditioner unit isn't starting, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that power is being supplied to both the primary and auxiliary circuits. Then, check the fuses to see if the electronic card is receiving power. Alarms might be preventing the unit from starting, so check the microprocessor control panel for any signalled alarms, address the causes, and then restart the unit. Finally, a wrong phase sequence could be the issue; if so, invert two phases in the primary power line after disconnecting them upstream from the unit.

  If the compressor in your HiRef Air Conditioner isn't starting, the circuit breakers or line fuses might have been tripped by a short circuit. To resolve this, pinpoint the cause by measuring the resistance of the individual windings and the insulation from the casing before restoring power. Also, check if one of the HP or LP pressure switches has tripped and eliminate the causes using the microprocessor. Lastly, verify the phase sequence relay, as the phases might have been inverted in the distribution compartment.
