Alarms might be preventing the unit from starting, so check the microprocessor control panel for any signalled alarms, address the causes, and then restart the unit. Finally, a wrong phase sequence could be the issue; if so, invert two phases in the primary power line after disconnecting them upstream from the unit.

  If you notice abnormally high pressure in your HiRef Air Conditioner, start by checking for any obstructions in the condenser section ventilation circuit that might be restricting airflow through the condenser. Also, inspect the condenser coil surface to ensure it's not obstructed. If there's air in the refrigerant circuit, indicated by bubbles in the flow indicator and sub-cooling values exceeding 5 °C, drain and pressurise the circuit to check for leaks, then evacuate slowly (for more than 3 hours) until reaching a pressure of 0.1 Pa and recharge in the liquid phase. If the unit is overcharged, shown by a Sub-cooling of more than 8 °C, drain the circuit.
