      If the remote control for your Hisense Subwoofer isn't working, try these steps: first, reduce the distance between the remote and the unit. Then, ensure the battery is inserted correctly, aligning the polarities (+/-) as indicated. If it still doesn't work, replace the battery. Finally, make sure you're aiming the remote directly at the sensor on the front of the unit.

      If your Hisense Subwoofer is idle or its indicator light is off, unplug the power cord from the mains socket and plug it back in after 4 minutes to reset the subwoofer.

      If your Hisense Subwoofer has no power, make sure the AC cord is properly connected and that the AC outlet has power. Also, try pressing the standby button to turn the unit on.

      If your Hisense Subwoofer isn't producing any sound, first ensure that the unit is not muted by pressing the mute or VOL+/– button. If that doesn't work, try switching the soundbar to standby mode and then back on using the button on the unit or remote. Unplugging both the soundbar and subwoofer from the mains socket, then plugging them back in and switching on the soundbar can also help. Also, make sure the audio setting of your input source is set to PCM or Dolby Digital mode, especially when using a digital connection. If the soundbar has lost connection with the subwoofer, re-pair the units by following the steps in the section “Pairing the Wireless Subwoofer with the Soundbar.” Finally, the unit may not be able to decode all digital audio formats from the input source.
