What to do if my Hisense U3120G has no sound?

If your Hisense Subwoofer has no sound, first ensure it is not muted by pressing the MUTE or VOL+/VOL– button. Try switching the soundbar to standby mode and then back on using the button on the unit or remote. Unplug both the soundbar and subwoofer from the mains socket, then plug them back in and switch on the soundbar. Also, ensure the audio setting of the input source is set to PCM or Dolby Digital mode while using a digital connection. If the subwoofer is out of range, move it closer to the soundbar, ideally within 5 meters. If the soundbar has lost connection with the subwoofer, re-pair the units. The unit may not be able to decode all digital audio formats from the input source, in this case, the unit will mute. This is NOT a defect.
