There could be several reasons why your Hisense Refrigerator isn't working correctly. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Then, check the fuse or circuit of your power supply and replace it if needed. The ambient temperature might be too low, so try setting the chamber temperature to a colder level. Also, the freezer may not operate during the defrost cycle, or shortly after being switched on, to protect the compressor.
