If none of these steps work, the airCloud Gateway may have an internal defect. In this case, contact your dealer or distributor.

  If the Hitachi Gateway cannot establish a connection with the Cloud when the 4G module is not inserted, check the following: * Ensure the LAN cable is correctly connected to the airCloud Gateway, and verify the connectors fit properly. * Turn the power on the HUB. * Use a CAT 5 or higher LAN cable with a length of 100m (328ft.) or shorter. * Replace old cables with new ones. If the issue persists, the airCloud Gateway may have an internal defect. Contact your dealer or distributor.

  If the Hitachi airCloud Gateway connection check never completes, consider the following: * Ensure H-LINK is correctly connected to the airCloud Gateway. * Set only 1 terminal resistance on one H-LINK circuit. * Verify that the addresses for all equipment are set as outlined in the manuals. * Check the wiring connection. * Power on all equipment. * Use the correct type of cable: 0.75 - 1.25mm2 standard and shielded cable with a length of 1,000m (3,281ft.) or shorter. Also, allow sufficient time for the connection check to complete. If the situation persists for more than sixty minutes, re-check the wiring and address settings on the air conditioners and perform the connection again. Ensure that the H-LINK line is correctly wired. Remove the cause and then set 2 pin on DS3 ON....
