What to do if my Hitachi Washer/Dryer won't drain?

If your Hitachi Washer/Dryer isn't draining water, several factors could be at play. Ensure the drain hose or outlet isn't blocked by lint or debris. Verify the drain hose is correctly installed according to the installation instructions and is not pinched or frozen. The hose should lay flat and not be submerged in water, and it shouldn't rise more than 10 cm above the ground. If using an extension hose, make sure it doesn't exceed 2 meters.
