The compressor should be continuously oiled back, and there should be no oil storage part in the refrigeration system
configuration. Also, the oil level in the compressor should meet the conditions in Figure 2. However, when a foam state
occurs and the liquid becomes foamy, this portion does not belong to the oil level. If the oil level is not met, the oil supply
to the sliding part will be insufficient, which
will seriously affect the reliability. (It can be confirmed by a compressor with
a sight glass for observing the oil level).
There should be superheated gas returned to the compressor under all normal operating conditions.
