CAUTION

• Fastenaarenutwithatorquewrenchasspeciedinthismanual.Whenfastenedtootight,aarenutmaybreakafteralong
period,therebycausingrefrigerantleakage.
• Installanearthleakagebreakerdependingontheinstallationplace(whereitishumid).Ifanearthleakagebreakerisnotinstalled,
itcouldcauseanelectricshock.
• Performthedrainage/pipingworksecurelyaccordingtotheinstallationmanual.
• Ifthereisadefectinthedrainage/pipingwork,watercoulddropfromtheunitandhouseholdgoodscouldbewetanddamaged.
Safety instructions
• Do not let air enter the refrigeration system or discharge refrigerant when moving the air conditioner.
• Theinstallationinstructionsforappliancesthatareintendedtobepermanentlyconnectedtoxedwiring,andhavealeakage
currentthatmayexceed10mA,shallstatethattheinstallationofaresidualcurrentdevice(RCD)havingaratedresidual
operatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAisadvisable.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilitiesorlackofexperienceandknowledgeiftheyhavebeengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseofthe
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the factory or its service department to avoid danger.
• Servicing shall only be performed as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
