  If your HitachiSoft Whiteboard StarBoard is not recognized, first connect the USB cable to the PC and check the USB cable. If the issue persists, the StarBoard Software file may be corrupt, or the software installation may not have been completed correctly. In this case, uninstall and then reinstall the StarBoard Software.
