Lower the jack and remove it.
Tighten the wheel fatening screws evenly
with the wheel wrench. The nominal value of
the attachment torque is 110 nm for steel rims
and 120 nm for aluminium rims.
Release the handbrake and reactivate the
stabilization system.
You should have a functional spare
tire available at all times. Therefore,
have the spare tire replaced without
delay.
Tire repair kit
Do not use the tire repair kit if the tire was dama-
ged as a result of driving without air. Small cuts,
especially in the tire tread, can be resealed using
the tire repair kit. Do not remove foreign objects
(such as screws or nails) from the tire. The tire
repair kit can be used as long as the outside
temperature is approx. -30° C or higher.
A Shakethebottle.Openthellhose(1)onthe
bottle (foil seal is thereby punctured).
B Unscrew the valve cap from the tire valve.
Remove the valve insert (2) with the valve-
core remover (3). Do not lay the valve insert
(2) down in sand or dirt.
CPullthestopper(4)fromthellhose(1).Push
thellhoseontothetirevalve.
