Twist pedal away from you to lay it flat.
Lift pedal from notch to select desired position.
Twist pedal flat to engage knobs and lock.
Mount bracket to stern using molded inserts and screws.
Attach rudder to bracket using the rudder pin.
Tighten screw and washer on rudder pin securely.
Run rudder line from stern to cockpit padeye.
Division 240 certified; limited to 2 miles offshore.
