of the tube (J) to the desired length. To lock the selected length, release the button (K) to its
original position.
- Select the most suitable accessory (L, W or X), depending on the surface type you want
to clean and connect it to the extremity of the tube (J).
- It is recommended the use of the accessories on the following surfaces:
- Multifunction brush (L) - double function brush ideal to vacuum carpets and hard floors;
- Crevice nozzle (W) - ideal to clean difficult access areas, such as corners and gaps.
- Dust brush (X) - ideal to clean the dust on different surfaces, such as furniture, blinds
and lamps;
Operation
- Unwind the supply cord (S) until yellow mark appears, that informs the ideal cable length
and connect the appliance to a wall socket.
Note: do not unroll the supply cord (S) beyond the red mark that indicates the maximum
length. Pulling the supply cord (S) beyond that mark may cause damages to the appliance.
- Switch on the appliance on on/off button (E).
- Adjust the suction power on the suction power regulator valve (H), located at the handle
(G). It is recommended to keep the valve (H) open when vacuuming curtains, to avoid
excessive suction, and keep it closed when vacuuming hard floor. To open the air flow
regulator valve (H) push it forward and to close push it backwards.
- To carry the appliance, lift it by the carriage handle (C).
- To turn off the appliance, press on/off button (E) and remove the plug from the wall socket.
- After use, disconnect the flexible hose (P) from the appliance’s body by pressing the
flexible hose button (Q), and pull it out to remove it.
- Automatically rewind the supply cord (S) by pressing the button (B).
Multifunction brush
- The button (M) on the top the multifunction brush (L) allows freeing or retracting the
bristles, depending on the type of floor you want to clean.
- To clean hard floors, use the multifunction brush (L) with the bristles to avoid floor
damages, like scratching and allowing the brush to slide smoothly.
- To clean carpets and mats, use the multifunction brush (L) without the bristles for a smooth
slide.
Empty the dust container
- The dust container (N) is transparent so you can easily see when
it is full until the mark “MAX” and must be empty.
- Before emptying the dust container (N), turn off the appliance on
the on/off button (E) and remove the plug from the wall socket.
- To remove the container (N), press the button (F) and pull it out by
the handle (D).

- To empty the dust container (N) place it over a garbage bin and
press the button located below the air inlet.
- When empty, close the container (N) and place it back in the
appliance, making sure that it is duly placed.
Note: it is recommended to clean the HEPA filter (U) whenever you empty the dust container
(N) (see Cleaning and Storage section).
Replace the motor’s protection filter
This filter (T) is located on the dust container’s back side (N).
- Before replacing this filter (T), turn off the appliance on the on/off button (E) and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
- Remove the dust container (N), pull out the grid by the superior groove and remove the
motor’s filter (T) completely.
- Place a new motor’s filter and make sure that it’s well fitted and close the grid again.

Insert the dust container (N) back into the main body.
- If the filter (T) is too dirty, stiffen and losing the filtering capacity, it is recommended that
you replace it for a new one.
Note: you can purchase the accessories kit for this vacuum cleaner with Electric Co /
HOFFEN brand. The kit includes 1 HEPA filter (U), 1 motor’s filter (T) and an exhaust filter
that is under the rear grid (R).
Replace the exhaust filter
- This exhaust filter is at the back of the appliance, under the rear
grid (R).
- Before replacing this filter, turn off the appliance on the on/off button
(E) and remove the plug from the wall socket.
- Remove the grid (R) by pressing the interlock release grooves, and
pulling it out, exposing the filter.
- Take out the old filter.
- Place a new filter, making sure that it’s well fitted and place the grid
(R) back on.
