Note: you can purchase the accessories kit for this vacuum cleaner with Electric Co /
HOFFEN brand. The kit includes 1 HEPA filter (U), 1 motor’s filter (T) and an exhaust filter
that is under the rear grid (R).
Replace the HEPA filter
The washable HEPA filter (U) (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter)
filters the small particles of the exhausted air from the appliance
making the air cleaner. This filter is made from a high efficient HEPA
material capable of filtering the small dust particles.
- The HEPA filter (U), used in this model, is about 98% efficient in
the removal of the particles existing in the air.
- To replace the HEPA filter (U), remove the dust container (N), pull
out the grid and the remove it from inside the dust container (N). Turn
it anti-clockwise to disengage it (follow the arrow direction
“UNLOCK”).
- Insert a new filter inside the dust container (N) by turning it
clockwise to engage (follow the arrow direction “LOCK”).
- Place the grid back on.
- Insert dust container (N) in the main body.
- If the HEPA filter (U) is too dirty, stiffen and losing the filtering
capacity, it is recommended that you replace it for a new one.

Accessory holder
- It is provided an accessory holder (V) to store accessories. This
accessory fits on the telescope tube (J) and allows fitting the dust
brush (W) and the crevice nozzle (Y).

REPAIRS
- During use, if any irregularities are detected on the appliance’s operation, check the below
table to understand the causes and solutions to resolve them. If not possible, please contact
the Customer Support Line or go to the store where the appliance was bought.

Appliance’s overheating.
The thermal shutoff system
was activated. In this situation
disconnect the appliance on
the on/off button (E) and from
the wall socket. Clean the
appliance (see Cleaning and
Storage section) and wait
about 30 minutes for it to cool
down before switching it on
again.
Weak suction
power.
The valve (H) it’s open. Close the valve (H).
The accessories (L, W or X),
the telescope metallic tube (J)
or the flexible hose (P) are
blocked.
Unblock the accessories by
removing the objects or dirt
that are blocking the air inlet.
The filters are not correctly
fitted or are too dirty.
Check the filters and replace
them by new ones, if
necessary.
- If you experience any technical issues with the appliance, return it to the original seller.
Do not attempt to open the housing or any tamper-sealed components on your own.
- Routinely inspect the power cord and its plug for damage. For your safety, have the
damaged power cord replaced by the appliance manufacturer, its authorised service, or a
suitably qualified professional.
