Caution!
1. Risk of scalding with hot steam and hot condensed water. Never use the steam
cooking inserts without the lid installed. Be very careful.
2. If the lid is not installed correctly, the steam will escape, and the food in the insert
will not be cooked properly.
3. Never leave the measuring cup on the bowl lid when using the steam cooking
option!
4. 30 minutes of steam cooking require 0.5 l (500 ml) of water, add around 250 ml
of water per each additional 15 minutes..
g) Stirrer (butterfly) installation
The stirrer helps to achieve the best results when whipping cream, whisking
mayonnaise or egg whites.
1. Hold the stirrer’s at end, place it in the bowl on the previously installed blades,
a characteristic “click” will be heard – it means the stirrer is installed correctly. If
necessary, press down.
Caution! To remove the stirrer, grab the flat end and pull it up, twisting in both
directions.
Caution! Turn the device on only once the stirrer has been installed in place.
Do not add any ingredients which might damage or jam the stirrer when the
blades are rotating and the stirrer is installed
7.6 Switching the device on/off
Caution! The maximum usable capacity is 3 l. Do not process more than 3 l
of food.
1. Extend the power cord. Place the device on a dry, at, and stable surface.
