3. If the motor is disconnected from the dust container, attach the motor to the
dust container with the arrow on the motor pointing at the open padlock sym-
bol on the dust container. Then twist the motor so that the arrow points at the
locked padlock symbol. A distinct click means the installation is correct.
Caution! Prior to installation of the motor, make sure that the cotton lter with
the gasket and the sponge lter are installed in the dust container.
4. Connect the handle with battery base to the dust container: align the dust con-
tainer and motor latches with the notches in the handle with battery base. Press
until you hear a distinct click.
5. Connect the cleaning head with the metal tube, press until you hear a distinct
click. Then connect the tube with the dust container, press until you hear a dis-
tinct click.
