Step 3: Bicep Curl Station Assembly

Attach Seat Assembly to Bottom Tube

Connect seat assembly (14) to bottom tube (7) using flanges (12) and 3/8 x 3 hex bolts.

Attach Pulley Brackets

Connect pulley brackets (15) to upright (3) and seat assembly (14) using 3/8 x 3 hex bolts.

Attach Curl Arm Assembly

Connect curl arm assembly (16) to seat assembly (14) using a 1/2 x 2 1/2 shoulder bolt.

Step 4: Vertical Bench Assembly

Attach Seat Assembly to Upright

Connect seat assembly (40) to upright (1) using 3/8 x 3 hex bolts, washers, and lock nuts.

Assemble Leg Extension and Roller Pad

Assemble roller pad through leg extension arm (41). Connect arm (41) to seat assembly (40).

Assemble Seat Adjust and Handles

Assemble roller pad through seat adjust (42). Connect handles (44) to adjust (42).

Attach Press Arm Handles and Shaft

Connect press arm handles (43) to press arm (39) using 3/8 x 1 hex bolts. Slide shaft (49) through top tube.

Step 5: Leg Press Assembly

Attach Main Frame to Bottom Tube

Connect main frame (26) to bottom tube (6) using 3/8 x 2 3/4 hex bolts, washers, and lock nuts.

Step 6: Pec Deck Assembly

Step 7: Weight Stack Assembly

Assemble Guide Rods and Weight Plates

Insert donuts (56) on guide rods (63), slide plates (65) and top weight (64) onto rods (63).
