Connect seat assembly (14) to bottom tube (7) using flanges (12) and 3/8 x 3 hex bolts.
Connect pulley brackets (15) to upright (3) and seat assembly (14) using 3/8 x 3 hex bolts.
Connect curl arm assembly (16) to seat assembly (14) using a 1/2 x 2 1/2 shoulder bolt.
Connect seat assembly (40) to upright (1) using 3/8 x 3 hex bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Assemble roller pad through leg extension arm (41). Connect arm (41) to seat assembly (40).
Assemble roller pad through seat adjust (42). Connect handles (44) to adjust (42).
Connect press arm handles (43) to press arm (39) using 3/8 x 1 hex bolts. Slide shaft (49) through top tube.
Connect main frame (26) to bottom tube (6) using 3/8 x 2 3/4 hex bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Insert donuts (56) on guide rods (63), slide plates (65) and top weight (64) onto rods (63).
