Use specific Holley bracket/stud for TH700R4/TH200R4 to prevent severe transmission damage.
Disconnect fuel, vacuum, wiring, PCV, and linkages; unbolt carb, protect manifold.
Install mounting studs, gasket, and carburetor; tighten nuts in a crisscross pattern to 60-80 in./lbs.
Check throttle lever travel, reconnect linkage, and ensure proper return to idle.
Adjust fast idle screw clockwise to increase RPM, counterclockwise to decrease. Factory setting 1500-1600 RPM.
Adjust idle mixture screws 1/8 turn at a time for highest manifold vacuum.
Observe sight plug hole; fuel should be even with the bottom edge for proper level.
Loosen lock screw, turn adjusting nut in 1/4 increments to raise or lower float.
