13. Slide the elastic straps and the sleeve of the ball return net (20) into the top of tube 1 as shown
in FIG. 9A, 9B and 9C.
14. Slide tube 12 through the sleeve on the front of the ball return net (20). Attach the left side using
bolts (24), washers (22) and nuts (28) as shown in FIG. 9D. Follow the same procedure on the right
side.
